Identify who stays responsible
The person arranging facilities may not remain on site throughout the use period. Name the receiving contact and the person who can help with service and eventual removal.
Pass on current equipment instructions when responsibility changes. A new supervisor or organiser should know the accepted scope, not just that a portable toilet is on the property.
Keep the position reachable to the end
Explain whether parking, temporary fencing or other suppliers will change after the main work or event. Ask the property lead to preserve the collection approach.
If the activity runs longer, request an extension before the agreed finish. If it ends early, discuss the removal request rather than assuming the provider follows the project’s revised calendar automatically.
Close the arrangement explicitly
Confirm the collection window and how access will be provided after normal occupancy ends. Keep a contact available for an equipment question on that visit.
For a Sanford request, include the street address, dates and any handover constraints. The city guide supports planning through this business contact; it is not proof of a separate branch or a booked pickup.
