Questions worth asking before the rental

Use these answers to separate initial planning from an accepted equipment arrangement.

Do I need a final date or exact model to enquire?

You can start with an estimated date, the property and the purpose. Say which details are provisional so a discussion is not mistaken for a booking based on final requirements.

If the equipment type is undecided, describe the users and important features. Ask the team to compare suitable categories rather than selecting only by appearance.

Can I rely on the photograph or venue listing?

Photos illustrate equipment, not live stock or the specification of every available model. Ask about the features, dimensions and requirements of the actual option proposed.

A venue listing helps identify the location but does not grant permission for temporary toilets. Confirm the reserved area, existing amenities and outside-equipment conditions with the operator.

What happens after I send the form?

The form sends an enquiry using the existing quote provider. Include a phone number or email if you want a response, and avoid payment details or private access codes.

Review availability, equipment, service and appointments directly before treating the rental as confirmed. If plans change later, request an updated arrangement; the original proposal does not automatically follow a revised project or event schedule.
